Penang, May 13, 2023 (Saturday) – Sains Medika has organised the second workshop titled "Fundamentals of Abdominal and O&G Ultrasound", a hands-on experience for the healthcare professional. This workshop was open to general practitioners located in the Northern Region and was attended by 35 people.

Our team has setup four (4) ultrasound machine stations, including the EDAN Acclarix LX9, LX3, AX3, and U60 for abdominal sessions. Meanwhile, for O&G sessions, three (3) ultrasound machines (EDAN Acclarix LX9, LX3, and AX3) have been setup. The clinical app team has further explained the features and shown the participants the correct method of performing ultrasound imaging. Each participant has been given the opportunity to use the machine and experience it themselves.

The workshop proved to be a great success, with overwhelming feedback from the participants. One of the comments received was as follows: -

"Overall, the theory sessions are informative and proactive by involving all the participants during the sessions."
