Medical Product Specialist (Primary Care Market)

Responsibilities:

  • Market coverage: GP market (Both dedicated central and outstations).
  • Promote the company products via sales calls to relevant health care professionals in a scientific and compliant manner.
  • Responsible & Accountable for all sales activities (E.g. Daily Visit, Products Selling & Promotion, Obtain Market & competitors updates etc).
  • To achieve assigned Sales Objectives which aligned towards product & business expansion in respective territory.
  • Execute promotion activities to reinforce promotional messages, increase brand awareness and address customer queries.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide good after-sales service to the customers.
  • Attractive commission and incentive will be awarded.

Requirements:

  • Passion and drive for sales and for bringing healthcare solutions for patients
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related sales experience in the medical device industry
  • Flexible in traveling outstation, possess own transportation
  • Independent, multi-tasking, resourceful, self-driven, result-oriented, and possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player and willingness to learn
  • Good communications skills and proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu.

Senior Medical Product Specialist (Hospital Market)

Responsibilities:

  • Market coverage: Hospital (Central & Outstation)
  • Promote the company products via sales calls to relevant health care professionals in a scientific and compliant manner
  • Execute promotion activities to reinforce promotional messages, increase brand awareness and address customer queries
  • Generate new sales enquiries and expand market potential of given industries and geographical demographics
  • Manage key accounts and identify new customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans
  • Provide good after-sales service to the customers
  • To increase sales revenue and achieve sales target set as well as on-time collections

Requirements:

  • Passion and drive for sales and for bringing healthcare solutions for patients
  • Degree/ Master in Biomedical, Life Science, Bioscience, Medical Technology or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of related sales experience in the medical device industry
  • Flexible in traveling outstation, possess own transportation
  • Independent, multi-tasking, resourceful, self-driven, result-oriented, and possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player and willingness to learn
  • Good communications skills and proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu.

Clinical Application Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing clinical support for end-users within the assigned geographic region/product segment.
  • Responsible for prividing pre-sale product demonstrations at hospitals/clinical workshops/conferences as well as post-sale training and/or customer service activities.
  • Work closely with the sales to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide sales team with the necessary technical expertise to assist them to promote the product to the market.
  • Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product’s competitive position.
  • Manage and grow product lifecycle in the market.

Requirements:

  • To possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Medical Science, Medical Engineering or Ultrasonography.
  • At least 2 years working experience in Medical Device related field or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Malay & English both written and spoken. Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Required presentation skills, team player and good communication skills.
  • Possess good people management and leadership skills.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia to support sales team.
  • Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
  • Product training are provided.
  • Fresh graduation with aggressive and high passion attitude are encouraged to apply for junior position.
